Manuela Purnarova is an Attorney at Law based in Sofia, Bulgaria, advising Bulgarian and international clients across a broad range of legal areas, including corporate and commercial law, employment, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance.
Her legal experience began over a decade ago during her university studies, through practical training in both legal practice and international relations, shaping a well-rounded perspective with both local and international insight, and has developed further through continued work in legal practice ever since.
She holds a Master’s degree in Law, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, both completed with distinction at the renowned Sofia University ‘St. Kliment Ohridski.’ She has further earned a Master’s degree in EU Law – an invaluable qualification for her legal practice. As part of her education, she also obtained a diploma in EU Law through a joint program between Sofia University and the University of Lorraine, France.
She is a member of Sofia Bar Association, speaks English fluently, and makes professional use of German in her work. Her focus is on delivering clear, practical legal advice that aligns with business goals, reduces legal exposure, and supports sustainable operations.
